We commissioned Jenny Pippin to put our dream home on print. The experience has been nothing less than professional. She allowed us to bounce all of our design ideas off of her as well as make sure that those ideas perfectly fit our needs. She was very patient with us even while changing our house plan three times. The property we purchased had an existing home that was built in the late 70s. Many of the aspects of our design were very challenging considering the building envelope that was grandfathered with the land. Jenny helped us maximize that footprint to compliment the property. Demolition of the preexisting home gave way to new life. We are very excited to start our build and see our home dreams come to life. We will forever be grateful to Jenny for helping those dreams come to fruition by taking us on as her clients.

We recently completed an extensive remodel and redesign of our forever lake home. Although this was not our first experience with remodels, we knew there would be challenges as we were working with a foundation built in the 1970’s with many odd angles, unknowns behind the drywall and living space that had some functional issues for us. We had heard wonderful reviews from trusted folks who worked with Jenny Pippin. When we contacted her, she was very responsive and provided us with relevant information as to what to expect at each stage in the process. Jenny truly cared about our vision and listened intently during our walkthrough at the property. She asked about our wish list, priorities and budget while asking thought provoking questions and providing valuable insight from design to budget. We moved into our dream home one month ago and could not be more thrilled with Jenny and her team. As a builder who has worked repeatedly from Pippin’s plans, I can honestly say that her firm provides the most comprehensive and detailed plans available. The result is a more exact initial bid for the homeowner and a more cost-effective project overall. Her plans include a fine attention to detail that is rare in the industry, but they so thoroughly remove the guesswork from the construction site that it is a pleasure to work from them.

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Jenny on our renovation. We were looking to add square footage to our unique 1300 sq foot cottage here on Lake Norman. There were many challenges we faced, some of which included incorporating the existing stand alone 2 car garage, as well as the separate accessory building. We also had limitations and set backs with regards to our existing septic. In our first face to face meeting, Jenny asked us to walk her though our home (interior and exterior). She listened intently and openly to what we were hoping to accomplish for our family. It was pretty surreal how Jenny, even after only a short time talking with us, the vision and insight she introduced to us on the spot. We felt so fortunate that Jenny was excited to take on our project and help us create something we didn’t know was possible. Jenny truly made the process seamless. Not only is Jenny an extraordinary designer, she is so well organized and so effective at communicating. We are scheduling to break ground end of August 2023 and can’t wait to see Jenny’s vision for our home come to life.

Deciding what to do for our “Dream Home” was daunting, to say the least. There’s a multitude of websites with floor plans to choose, and that’s where we started. We had no luck, because all of them lacked certain elements that we wanted, or at least wanted to try to achieve. That futile search led us to consider a home designer, and that’s how we ended up with Pippin Home Designs, Inc. We are so fortunate to have worked with Jenny and Wes! First of all, we were highly impressed with how well Jenny listened to everything we talked about in describing our Dream Home wants and desires. Only later as we looked over her first drawings were we struck by just how well she listened. Everything we had talked about was included, even things we had forgotten we mentioned to her! The process of paring down everything to a manageable build then began, and when the final plans were complete we knew we had been able to consider everything we could think of for a possible Dream Home. Thanks to Jenny’s excellent design we have a unique home that reflects us and our tastes perfectly. The journey with Jenny allowed us to complete our Dream Home design with no lingering thoughts of “what if” or “I wish we’d thought of that.” We are completely happy with our Pippin Home Designs Inc. home. There’s another thing to mention which was so important to us. One big problem with top-down floor plans is the inability to really “see” the space. What will it really look like? Thanks to Wes’ 3-D Walkthrough we know what it will be like to walk through our new home. It is an indispensable tool. Jenny and Wes visited our lot and took pictures of the views and then actually incorporated those into the full color renderings! We were so impressed! We could not be more pleased with our experience with Jenny, Wes, and Pippin Home Designs, Inc. We definitely consider this money well spent!
